An Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning for two young children allegedly abducted by their father in southern California.
Lilianna Acosta, 6, and her brother Elias Acosta, 2, were reportedly taken by their father, Frank Acostaortega, 27, Sunday morning in Riverside, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Acostaortega is described as a Hispanic man standing 5’8″ tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing a long-sleeved black shirt with black pants.
Acostaortega should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. He and the two children are believed to be in a 2014 silver BMW 335I with California license plate number 9AQR805.

Both children have brown hair and eyes, but a description of what they were last seen wearing was not immediately released.
